At CMT's studio 330 sessions, she played it with a capo on 4th, D A Em G.

she played it down 1/2 step, G D Am C. So apparently either way is correct!

Also, I know parts of this are weird to sing over (IE: the "I's" -
"get your humor like -I- do" and "know your story like -I- do" but the chords
